Meet Eloise & Captain Jack

“We dreamed of creating a sanctuary where visitors could slow down, eat delicious fudge, smile at passing dogs, and remember why coastal towns hold our hearts.”

After twenty years of sailing the Atlantic seaboard, Jack and Eloise anchored permanently in the gentle tidal waters of St. Mary’s. When the historic parcel on Osborne Street became available, they resolved to save the trees and construct a pedestrian village modeled after old-world maritime trading coves. Today, each cottage supports local artisan families and independent coastal crafters.
